The Payroll Assistant role is offered on a six month contract and presents a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-performing and values-led organisation, delivering essential payroll services to over 700 employees.
The Role
As Payroll Assistant, you’ll support the processing of timesheets, expenses, starters, leavers, and other payroll-related data. You’ll play an important role in ensuring employees are paid correctly and in line with policy, while also helping maintain accurate records and responding to routine payroll queries.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for individuals who are:
- Experienced in end-to-end payroll processing using computerised systems.
- Knowledgeable in UK payroll legislation and HMRC procedures.
- Confident with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Focused on accuracy and detail.
- Professional, discreet, and committed to delivering a high-quality service.
